“We should have been picked up at 9.30 our tour guide changed this to 2.50am we were in a queue from 4.30an outside the gates. We did not get on a tour until 11.45. “I went to Auschwitz, but several things went wrong. The operator totally scammed us in different ways. - He told us the pickup time only after the refund or cancellation deadline had expired. The operator imposed us to leave by bus at 2:00 a.m. and did not pick us up from the hotel, but from a point 1 kilometre away. This meant that we walked through Krakow in the middle of the night in December and waited for the bus. - We arrived in Auschwitz at 3:30 a.m., and the organiser left us alone in front of the entrance until 7:00 a.m. - The organiser did not have any tickets.…”

“Well organized. Piotr our driver was very punctual and friendly. He picked us up at the door of our hotel and drove us to and from the mines. He even gave us some tips for local restaurants and sightseeing in Krakow. The guided tour was also very good and interesting. The tours inside the mine are provided by the Salt Mine museum itself. There are many steps going down so I don't recommend if you have limited mobility. Overall I highly recommend.”
