We wanted to drive by the Baltic Sea and the shipyards, however, because of Robert's inflexibility we were not allowed to do this. We paid for a private tour and ended up with a third person. The third person did not cause any problems, the negative issues were a result of Robert's attitude. We would like a full refund.”
